Two stunning goals see spoils shard in Limpopo
Two stunning strikes within a minute saw Polokwane City and Free State Stars play to a 1-1 draw in an Absa Premiership game at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane City on Saturday night.
Puleng Tlolane’s superb volley was cancelled out by a thunderous strike from Luyolo Nomandela.
The teams entered the game occupying the two spots above bottom placed Golden Arrows and desperately in need of three points to ease relegation fears.
Despite an electrifying opening five minutes, the game died down significantly as the two teams looked scared to expose their shaky defensive lines.
Both teams were tentative in their approach in the opening stanza with the two teams in fact only managing one shot on target between them in the first half.
