PSL Statement on Ajax Cape Town/Ndoro matter

The Premier Soccer League is able to confirm that:
1. Judge Fisher of the Gauteng High Court today granted the PSL leave to appeal
against her judgement of 02 July 2018.
2. Ajax Cape Town withdrew their urgent application to interdict the start of the
2018/19 season in court and will pay the League’s costs of the application.

3. The 2018/19 season will go ahead as scheduled.
