Larsen : We haven’t made a decision yet

Bloemfontein Celtic is traveling to Cape Town this weekend to face struggling Ajax Cape Town on Sunday.

Celtic coach Clinton Larsen lament dropping points at home against BidVest Wits on Wednesday in a 0-0 draw.

“We dropped points at home where we could have take all 3 points on the night. Lets give credit to a Wits team that playing well at the moment, it wasn’t an easy game.” 

Now the coach is looking forward to the game against Ajax Cape Town on the weekend and says that we won be looking into much to the poor run that the Cape Town based side has been having.

“ I wont looking into much in the Ajax poor run, this league is very unpredictable, and you’ll never know what team you’ll be facing on the day. But we’ll be looking to capitalize on the poor run that the team has been having at moment.”

Celtic is a team that hasn’t had a good run away from home, however Clinton Larsen plays down the target that the team are not go travels

“ I don’t buy into this bad travels tag, we out played Swallows away from home, we beat Arrows away from and against Sundowns we lost the game in the last minute of the game.”

 Phunya Sele Sele will have a busy December in they last three reaming games, will be facing Ajax Cape Town followed by a game against defending champions Orlando Pirates and then former champions and log leaders SuperSport United before the Christmas break.

Larsen doesn’t see this games as tough games, mainly because they are above Ajax on the log and also two points behind Orlando Pirates.

“ I don’t think this are going to be tough games, we are above Ajax in the log and Pirates are just two point ahead of us. SuperSoprt are unbeaten in the league at the moment but we are going to try and win every game.”

The coach also says that the club hasn’t made a decision on the Niger striker who had been training with the team.

“ We haven’t made a decision yet regarding the striker but in the few weeks to come we’ll make the final decision,” he adds.
