PSL coaches not happy with two week break

PSL games were stopped due to the break is due to the FIFA dates where Bafana-Bafana will face Sierra Leone in the qualifier. For team such as Free State Stars and Moroka Swallows who were starting to getting back to winning ways, the break wasn't ideal for them.

Both coaches expressed they disappointment over this decision, Moroka Swallows coach had this to say

"The PSL 2 weeks' break will not be ideal for some teams in the league, especially those who are in winning gear, speaking to the teams site."

at the same time the Steve Komphela  is also not happy with the two week break that the teams have to endure,

"I hate it with passion I wish it was not going to happen because it breaks the momentum and the same thing happen after winning against Jomo Cosmos then there was this long break and it killed us, explained Komphela." he told the team's site.

For teams that haven't been doing well in the league it is a welcoming relieve to them, teams like Jomo Cosmos who only manage to get 3 points so far this season would be the happiest of them all.

But a team like Free State Stars and Golden Arrows who won they game against two of the Soweto  giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates  respectively.

Now the next PSL matches will be played on the weekend of the 14/ 15 October 2011, a full 2 weeks break. Many teams are having warm up games to keep them match fit before the league resume.
