Ajax looking to keep Khanyeza
Ajax Cape Town can confirm that the club is in talks to secure the signature of Mabhuti Khenyeza.
The AjaxCT striker was offered a new two-year deal that will keep him at Ikamva until 2016.
Mabhuti joined Ajax Cape Town on a short term contract to help the club in their battle to avoid the relegation battle.
The striker scored seven goals in 12 games in an Ajax Cape Town shirt with five goals in the last four games under Muhsin Ertugral.
George Comitis the Ajax Cape Town CEO told the club official website, “Khenyeza was a key player in our last four games and we are keen to secure his services.
We have offered Mabhuti a new two-year deal, and as the player is a free agent in principle he has agreed to the terms of the contract.”
